Justin Douglas is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Belong Collective. He has been serving in ministry for more than 15 years and is equipped with a formidable blend of community service knowledge and experience. He is motivated and inspired by a drive to bridge the gaps that exist in our world through creating more spaces of belonging and acceptance.
Justin Douglas is married to his beautiful wife Brittney and is the proud father of three children; Magnolia, Beckett, and Reed. His list of hobbies include: creating music, working out and coaching CrossFit, and cheering on the Packers and Red Sox.
